Refund policy

At Ester Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a return or exchange. Please read our return policy below:

1. Return Period

We have a 30 calendar day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with all original tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted on personalized clothing, clearance products or gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at esterclothing@yahoo.com. with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item, etc.).

If your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. esterclothing@yahoo.com.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your bank account depends on your financial institution.

6. Changes

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please email us at esterclothing@yahoo.com and we will guide you through the process. Changes are subject to the availability of the garments or products.

7. Defective or Incorrect Garment Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at esterclothing@yahoo.com with photos of the defect or incorrect item. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
